Intersec, the world’s leading trade fair for Fire, Security and Safety, returns next week and we’re delighted to have the opportunity to present visitors with our latest product innovations.

Solo 365

As well as our established, industry leading solutions, we’ll also be presenting Solo 365 – our exciting new tester which enables faster, simpler and cleaner functional testing of smoke detectors.  It features a slim-line design, auto-LED torch for testing in dark areas and, with an optional ASD adaptor, also enables functional testing of aspirating smoke detection systems.

Feedback has been extremely positive on Solo 365, visitors to our stand can try the product for themselves and learn first-hand about the benefits it can bring to their testing and maintenance.

Approved Solutions

We recently wrote about the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and the importance of using test solutions which are designed for purpose and, importantly, are approved by the leading detector manufacturers.  Intersec 2018 marks a year since the introduction of the UAE Fire & Life Safety Code of Practice and our stand will be the place to be to find all the products needed to comply with the testing and maintenance requirements of the UAE code (and that of NFPA 72 and BS:5839).

As well as the products, we’ll also be sharing information on recent successes – including the installation of our Scorpion solution at Muscat International Airport where it is supporting easy maintenance of hard-to-access detectors.
