In March we wrote to update you on how COVID-19 was starting to affect our business and the steps we had taken to ensure business continuity.  Since this time, we have continued to supply the products needed to support life safety system maintenance at critical sites including hospitals and schools.

Product Availability

Our Manufacturing team have continued to work and we have full stock availability across all our product ranges.  This includes Testifire which, after high demand in March, was temporarily on an extended lead time.

We have introduced changes which allow our Manufacturing team to remain working – whilst adhering to social distancing.  In addition, we have carried out risk assessments onsite to ensure compliance with the UK Government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 – you can view our declaration here.

The majority of our suppliers who were closed, or working on reduced capacity are now open – and our warehouse is fuly operational and receiving daily deliveries.

Fast Dispatch and Delivery

We are in daily contact with our delivery partners who, along with our own Dispatch team, are helping ensure the fastest possible delivery to addresses world-wide.

If you are finding it difficult to source product locally – be it in the UK or anywhere overseas – please get in touch, we can quickly tell you where to find local stock.

Sales and Product Support 

Our Sales and Support teams may not be able to travel – but remain available via video, phone and email.  This includes the ability to offer product demonstrations and training – please continue to contact them in the usual way.

The support section of our website provides interactive guidance for using our products and the training section provides access to a new range of online training modules.

In addition to these modules, video training sessions are being delivered to, and through, partners and customers around the world.  Please contact us for more information on when and how these sessions can be accessed.
