During his career, Robert has held numerous high-profile positions managing businesses around the world, including companies here in the UK, France, Germany and Asia.
Well known in the industry, many of Robert’s roles have been within the fire sector including managing director at Cooper Fulleon and Cooper Fire Systems and most recently as managing director of Detectortesters – a role he has held since September 2017.
Robert joins the FIA Board at the same time as Donald McFarlane of Honeywell. Derek Gotts, chairman of the FIA’s Board, explained: “We extend a warm welcome to our new Board members who bring a fresh perspective and a new set of skills and experience to the FIA.”
